Please note: Unfortunately, as per our delivery partner’s policy, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, PO boxes, or military addresses.

UK Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts for 28 days from the date of your order. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item(s) must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Have no signs of wash, wear or odors
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Returned with the packing slip [to avoid delays]

Item(s) will not be eligiable for a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not adhered to. 

How To Make An Exchange or Return

For all UK exchanges and returns, you must first email us at: rollcobrand@gmail.com with the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Your reason for returning [too big, small, other] 
  • Your request [refund or exchange]
  • The new item you want [if exchanging]

Unfortunately, we can not offer free returns. To combat this, we offer the following:

UK Returns & Refunds

All UK customers are eligible for discounted returns. For this, a reduced return rate of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of returning your item(s).

A refund will then be sent to your original method of payment [which can take up to 10 days]. The refund amount will be the cost of your item(s), minus £2.50.

UK Exchanges

For an exchange, you will need to follow the steps in the 'How To Make An Exchange or Return' section above.

After contacting us, you will be given the return address which you will need to send your item(s) to. The return method and cost will be your own responsibility, but we will pay for the delivery of your replacement item(s). This is to make exchanges as fair and affordable as we can for our customers.

You still own your returning item(s) until they reach us and pass inspection. Therefore, it is important you suitably pack item(s) for their return journey.

When returning item(s) via your own method [for an exchange], we strongly recommend you use a tracked service and keep your tracking number and receipt.

Any lost or damaged item(s) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to return your item(s) if the above is not adhered to. In this instance, you will be responsible for the return method and cost to get back your item(s).
