Please note: Unfortunately, as per our delivery partner’s policy, we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, PO boxes, or military addresses.

UK Exchanges & Refunds

Our returns policy lasts for 28 days. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item(s) must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Have no signs of wash, wear or odors
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Returned with the packing slip [to avoid delays]

Item(s) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if the above conditions are not adhered to. 

How To Make A Return

For all UK returns, you must first email us at: rollcobrand@gmail.com with the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Your reason for returning [too big, small, other] 
  • Whether you want an exchange or refund
  • The new item you want [if exchanging]

UK Exchanges

For an exchange, follow the 'How To Make A Return' section above. You will then be given the return address which you will need to send your item(s) to.

The return method and cost will be your own responsibility, but we will pay for the delivery of your replacement item(s). This is to make exchanges as fair and affordable as we can for our customers.

UK Refunds

For a refund, follow the 'How To Make A Return' section above. You will then be given the return address which you will need to send your item(s) to.

The return method and cost will be your own responsibility. A refund will then be sent to your original method of payment [which can take up to 10 days]. The refund amount will be the cost of your item(s) only, any initial flat rate shipping cost is non-refundable.

Please Note

You still own your returning item(s) until they reach us and pass inspection. Therefore, it is important you suitably pack item(s) for their return journey.

We strongly recommend you use a tracked service and keep your tracking number and receipt. Any lost or damaged item(s) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If this happens, you would be responsible for the method and cost of retrieving your item(s).
